Olympic Lifting Monthly Training sessions are held three times a week, Monday, Wednesday & Saturday for an hour each. The sessions are programmed to fill gaps in the CrossFit program. You work on only 3 lifts or skills to improve your lifting technique, weight is only added when that technique is perfect! Sessions are coached by Owner/Head Coach & 2014 Queensland State Team Lifter Steve Stockley.
Individual Programming – a personalised program can be written to help you achieve you goals, either to compete at QWA & AWF meets or increase your strength.
A breakdown of the Olympic Lifting Monthly Pass to a weekly fee of $38.75 equates to $12.90 per session! A reasonable price when compared to the going rate of a personal trainer!
Olympic Lifting Monthly Sessions:
$155 Inc GST Direct Debit via EziDebit.
1 Month Programming – $50 Inc GST cash or internet transfer.
3 Months Programming – $100 Inc GST cash or internet transfer.
$20 (for visiting CrossFitters or Olympic Lifters who have already been introduced to the foundational movements of Olympic Lifting).
