CFL Cardio Class Program
CFL Cardio Training Includes:
– Pay as you go, there are NO contracts!
– Unlimited sessions of CFL Cardio Classes and subsidised Yoga
– Capped sessions of 15
– Open to all abilities & fitness levels
– Unsupervised kids area.
– CFL Cardio is INCLUDED in the CrossFit Unlimited Training.
CFL Cardio Classes are held twice a week, Monday & Wednesday for 45min each. The sessions provide a group training environment with a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer conducting them. Classes are designed as a circuit with basic CrossFit bodyweight movements as well as the Concept II Rower. NO Barbells & NO scoring, just get in, sweat hard and have fun! An unsupervised kids area is provided so you don’t have to pay crèche, as long as you are prepared to drop in & out of the circuit to attend to your child.
10 Session Pass – $115 (3 month expiry)
5 Session Pass – $75 (2 month expiry)
